During last 10 years,Guangzhou's economy has a greatly developped.Within the greatly developped of the city,many bad effects of economy development have appeared.
　　Because of the over-industrialization,GZ's air and water has been
polluted.
　　In 1999,5.92 billion tons of wastes went into seas,rivers and lakes in the province,and water network in the Pearl River Delta alone received around 2.97 billion tons of effluents.As the problem
has turned out to be serious,the urban government begins to reduse
the water pollution,but it's hard to do that.
　　 To our astonishment,around 63% of the province's total land area
lies within the "Acid Rain Control Area".As much as 90% rain falling in GD is acidic,many crops have been destroyed.Obviously,the factories which make some chemical water and air are the reasons.
　　 So serious is the pollution that our lives will be overwhelmed.
Whatever the development of economy,one thing is certain:envirement,
it seems,has become a disaster.Please protect the envirement!
