since China was founded,industrialization is the most　important development of China.Needless to say,pollution will go after development.Wastewater,the most serious problem is waiting for solving.
　　　China dopends on irrigated land to produce about 70 percent of grain to supply a population of 1.2billion people.80 percent water to irrigate farmland,drawing more and moreof that water has dried out river and aquifers.Thus,wastewater problem must be solving in order to protect the farmland.
　　　 pollution is the price we pay for an overindustialized country.
