DangShen,Pilose Asiabell Root 80g
BaiZhu,Poria with Hostwood 50g
MaiYa,Germinated Barley 80g
YuanZhi,Polygala Root 30g
ShiChangPu,Grassleaved Sweetflag Rhizome 40g
ShengMa,Cimicifuga Rhizome 50g
ShengHuangQi,Raw Milkvetch Root80g
DangGui,Chinese Angelica Root 50g
TuSiZi,Dodder Seed 35g
ManJingZi, Chastetree Fruit 35g
ChaiHu,Bupleurum Root 20g
GouQiZi,Wolfberry Fruit 35g
ShaYuanZi,Flatstem Astragalus Seed 35g
ZhiGanCao,Prepared Liquorice Root 15g

　　 All the above herbs were to be ground into fine powder, the powder should be mixed with some honey together to make pills. Take 9g of the pills each time,twice a day. In the same period,it's important to have plenty of relaxation in order to save your　vision and please look far into the distance more than 1 hour each day.
